RIP Terraza 7.

Are you saying that because the article mentions development down the road? My understanding from another article I read in JH Post was that Terraza is safe for now.

Freddy seems unphased and is on a lease that I presume has been grandfathered onto the new landlord. A lot can change in a few years but he is smart and has a lot of support from the community and from elected officials. Aside from Terraza, much of the space in that building is under-utilized. If the landlord can bring in new tenants without pushing/pricing out Freddy then I am in favor.
