NYC Board of Elections Needs Pollworkers

Just received this message.

Friends, the NYC Board of Elections needs pollworkers urgently! The only requirements are that you be a permanent U.S. resident, a New York City resident, 18 years of age, and that you complete a short training. Poll workers will be required to be at their assigned posts from 5:00 AM on Tuesday until after the polls c
lose at 9:00 PM the same night. In some locations, the time could be extended until 11:00 PM. There is a $200 stipend for the day’s work.
Training sessions have been set up for tomorrow (Sunday) at 9:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM, and 5:30 PM, at the Manhattan borough office of the Board of Elections, located at 450 West 33rd Street, 8th Floor.
