Robert Sietsema's continuing exploration of NYC's best sandwiches brings him to JH's very own 969 Coffee.

But he's confused about whether there can be a sandwich without bread.   This is easy: according to the Cube Rule, if there are two layers of starch, then it is a sandwich!
