In todays NY Post it mentions the hottest "hoods" with prospective home buyers so far this year: The article is in;
Picking Sidesabout the hot sales in the Big Apple followed by Brooklyn and then in Queens. It says Forest Hills is king followed by
Jackson Heights, Rego Park, Astoria etc.
I thought it was something nice to see when you live here.
