Thank you!  Both those methods look interesting.   For the second method I see you need something like a corn-on-the-cob pick, but I'm sure with all the 99 cents stores around something like that can't be too hard to come by.  I can't tell you how many unhelpful mango-cutting videos I clicked on on youtube before I finally gave up, so this is great.

The recipe for the breakfast sausage looks really nice.  It reminded me of a recipe for turkey breakfast sausage I saw recently on one of the food TV shoes.  The folks on the show also said that once you make your own breakfast sausage, there's no going back to supermarket brands.  I'll be experimenting with this recipe.

I also use epicurious a lot - make sure to read the reviews though before you cook anything.  the foodies on that site have GREAT tips.    i have also had good luck on allrecipes.com.  I get their newletter and like it a lot.

well, epicurious has content from cooking light magazine, so try ther. you can search for "healthy" in their advanced search too. 
I just found culinate.com too - very cool.
