NYT Food section today features applejack, reminding me of the tasty apple moonshine liquor by Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery purchased at a recent Sunday at Farmer's Market. Lightly spiced, aromatic, and lower alcohol content than applejack. Good straight, warmed as a hot toddy, or mixed with carbonated water or however.
