Car Alarm low 70s nr 37th

To anyone who is suffering from that car alarm in low 70s , 37th ave vicinity,  I called 911 this morning.  Has been going off for 30min already ((

Calling "911" because you were suffering from a car alarm is shocking and beyond irresponsible.  Disgraceful.

Call 311 not 911 which should only be used for emergencies.  That being said by the time they respond to the 311 call the alarm will have long been silenced

  Kindly do your research before scolding or judging. In NYC you are supposed to report car alarms using 911, the NYC.gov site states that very clearly.
