EARLY VOTING 2020
« on: September 06, 2020, 06:35:28 PM »
In looking online, it appears Early voting starts on October 24, and runs until November 1, 2020.
I read a comment online recently, that said something like “I will crawl over Covid laden broken glass to vote in person”. - this is my sentiment exactly.

While everyone should vote, it's the bare minimum we can do.

Since we're in an ultra-safe democratic seat, in the bluest of states, If you want to do something other than voting that will actually influence the outcome of the senate/prez elections  go to one of these and help

In checking online at Vote.NYC, one of the Early Voting Locations is the Queens Public Library at 35-51 81st Street.  Saturday October 24th through Sunday November 1st 2020.
Hopefully the convenience and multiple days will encourage more people to vote in this important election.

i'm relieved that there's actually a location nearby -- right next to our usual polling place.

Do we have to use the one near by for early voting? Last year I went to the one in Kew Garden, I would like to go to that one if possible. Reason I prefer that one is large, so more space for social distancing.

I looked at the ballot, any one have more info with all the candidates for the Justice and Judge, or where to look for more info.
