I am really getting tired of the employees not wearing masks in the building. I just tried to use the elevator and when the door opened an employee was standing there with no mask.

most employees are actually great about mask wearing so that's a pretty unfair statement. though i would note that yes, contractors sometimes don't wear masks properly.

Noob:  No one who is selling at Washington Plaza is going to make a profit based on the purchase price + closing costs and the closing costs selling.

Err...

Only two apartments are in contract so far but it looks like at least one of them already made a profit.

Not sure about the other one, but it wasn't held for very long and it is hard to make a profit in that situation.

All of the other apartments for sale were bought at much lower prices than their current listed price, so they should all make profits.

Yes, I am not sure if jh35/JH3525 actually lives at Washington Plaza. The staff are all wearing masks...

Obviously, the employee I saw was not wearing a mask. I have seen many other contractors not wearing masks when they carry things to the dumpsters. You must like conspiracies. OHH, does he realy live at WP?

I was not going to post this, but since you want to get upset about something, here it is. This was the water the other day.

Here is another pic. And, btw, jh35 and jh3525 are two different people.

I did not say the "staff" was not wearing masks. I said employees. It is the renovation employees who are irresponsible.

The regular WP staff are wonderful.

The water in my building is often filthy. I have filters everywhere. The shower filter is rated for 6 months. I have to change it once a week. When the water was dirty the other day, the shower filter lasted for one shower, and that was after the water looked clear.

Ahh ok. Yes the staff are amazing. All the contractors I have seen have had masks on too but I agree we have to be vigilent. Sorry to hear about your water, that’s not my experience at all.
