And no, you don't have to move, you can get rid of those. Exterminators can help; I put my own raid capsules (for eggs and for adult palmettos) in areas with humidity. The nuclear solution is those aerosol-looking raid cans, that you open and leave for 24 hours, and those are good if you can leave your apartment for that long (and don't mind risking cancer). On the more natural side, I've heard people swear by bay leaves and boric acid. Also, fill and caulk any holes in the bathroom, kitchen, baseboard where they might find an entrypoint etc. And make sure your building has exterminator services regularly. Good luck!
