Where to get b&w negative turned into digital photo?

Can anyone recommend where I can get a 35mm b&w negative turned into a quality digital photo? Preferably in the neighborhood or at least nearby. Thanks!

 I believe the easiest course is to have it scanned and then printed digitally. Oddly enough, Staples
might be a good local choice for this.
