I hear this sort of honking sound every once in a while from the direction of our shared garden behind the apartment building. I thought it might be a duck or a goose but when I listen to recordings of those birds they aren't the same. It's difficult to spot because it usually just sounds off one time and by the time I'm looking for it it's gone quiet again. I'm sure the answer is very obvious but I'm personally not familiar with this sound so hoping some local person can help identify. Thanks!

It sounds like it could be a type of frog or toad. Almost like a Green Frog but not quite.
