Is it this Thai place that was mentioned earlier? http://www.jacksonheightslife.com/community/index.php?topic=18250.msg88912#msg88912

If not, do you have any other info besides just being a restaurant?

I passed by it today and walked in. It's a bakery, really nice looking and you can tell they are trying hard to make it. Beautiful looking flans, cheesecakes, tres leches and more. Big space that's just being filled with chairs, tables, and other stuff right now. Probably the biggest bakery like this in the neighborhood. They have another location in Brooklyn. I can't remember the name, something like PVG Bakery...

That's La Gran via Bakery. They have another location in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. This is from their Twitter account:

Here's more about La Gran Via Bakery. I'm looking forward to trying a Cuban sandwich!

While a strictly cuban-american invention (and a floridian specialty at that),
i do love me a cubano sandwich!

"Authentic" or not, I hope they do a good one!
