Kitchen Renovation

Hey Everybody--I know this topic has been brought up before but...my wife and I are looking for someone to help us design and renovate our kitchen.  Floors, countertops, cabinets, pretty much everything.  We're hoping to find someone creative, reliable and affordable.  Any ideas or links or names would be heartily appreciated.  Thanks!!
