Newsstands at the Roosevelt-74th St Station?
« on: February 15, 2018, 10:00:39 AM »
Does anyone know why the two newsstands at the station are both now closed? I am referring to the one that is one flight down from the ticket booth, and the one that is upstairs at the entry to the 7 train.

I have been wondering the same thing. Asked the agent just yesterday, and she was clueless.

It's too bad--I used to buy stuff from them and it was great to have them there. Same thing happened at one of the stations in lower Manhattan that I frequent--the newsstand closed. Is the MTA shutting them down, I wonder?
