Any recommendations for an artist's studio?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere in the neighborhood that might work to use as an artist's studio. I know there's nothing specifically geared to that in the area, so I'm having a hard time finding an alternative. I've taken up mosaics and can't do them at home because it involves breaking glass (think clipping, not shattering--it's not noisy!) and I have cats. My only requirement for the space would be to have a sink for hand-washing.

I'm also open to the idea of renting a room in someone's basement as long as there's a sink I could use, if anyone is up for that.

I know it's a long shot, but thought this would be a good place to ask around.
