Engineer to survey apartment for renovation?

This really is more of a formality. I need to remove a closet wall. I'm on the top floor so even the super admits that it is not a structural or weight-bearing wall, but nevertheless the building manager says that for insurance purposes they need to have an architect's license on record.

Can anyone suggest anyone, preferably cheap? (after all i just need the guy to be licensed and it's an easy gig)
