Did anyone notice the *One Year Membership in Blink Fitness! If you buy this property?

Again, or perhaps for the first time, I say, if you can make it to the 4th floor regularly -- why would you need Blink?

Just asking. . .

The duplex is on the 4th and 5th floors.  A few months ago we took a look at the apartment below that on the third floor, which we liked, but we shied away due to the litigation issues the building was having with the apartment.

Palermo, do you know anything more about the litigation (which apartment was it, the 3rd floor apartment or this duplex?)

Just noticed this apartment in the Towers closed in 2014 for $915,000 (listed for $949K). http://www.mpcproperties.com/queenscooplistings.php?cid=196&m=1&i=450

I hadn't seen that.  Thanks for pointing it out :)

And here's the latest...

http://queens.brownstoner.com/2014/11/the-hampton-court-duplex-in-jackson-heights-is-now-under-contract/

There is a unit listed on ACRIS as having closed in March 2015 at Hampton Court (7545 78th St) for $850,000.  I assume this is the unit that was listed for $895K.

This apartment listing is the closest to a million yet.  It will be interesting to see what they end up getting for it.  I'm guessing it closes pretty close to the asking price.

Wow!  Thanks Betsy!

I was on the fence about buying but this clinches the deal.

There's an apartment listed for $1.1 million now on the market. http://streeteasy.com/building/33_27-80-street-jackson_heights/31?featured=1

Really Beautiful place. It looks like the prices has increased almost double from the StreetEasy Record from 4.8 years ago. This is not the only 1 million co-op listing in JH. The first floor has another unit listed at $1,000,888. With all these listing prices, does this mean the Jackson Heights is changing with new people buying in ?
