scans of 35mm slides
« on: December 13, 2007, 06:39:24 PM »
i discovered today that the video store across from the post office has a place where they send slides to be scanned. the price is very reasonable. i brought them to him about 1:15 and he said they would be back in his store at around 7pm tomorrow. i can't report on the quality yet, but as i needed to get these done quickly and did not want to go into manhattan, this was quite a find.

Too bad you didn't post this before you brought your slides to the shop. I have a scanner with a slide adapter. I could have done them for you at no cost, in less time and put them on a CD for you.
