In a $190,000 studio on the top floor of the Wilshire House on 74th St.

Always nice to see people who grew up in the area coming back as adults.

Cute space - she really made the most of the layout.

I know someone that lived in the Wilshire for many years.  It is a very well maintained post-war building with parking in the basement.  It is also stroller/wheel chair friendly.  I would live there.

I've always loved the look of those buildings — those oval windows at the entrance are lovely.

I love this. A person with a reasonable budget finding an affordable place to live.
