This year COVID Care Neighbor Network has been helping neighbors in and around Jackson Heights. We started with a simple idea of neighbors helping neighbors turning a pandemic into a force to build a stronger community.  Struggles reveal our strength and this pandemic has really shown how this neighborhood stands up and gets to work to help each other.

We came together and fed our neighbors and are continuing to work with the Manos Que Dan food pantry to feed our neighbors in need.

We came together and helped neighbors apply for Rent Relief.

We came together and opened 34th Avenue providing a safe, outdoor space for people to meet in the open air with space to social distance.

You can specifically donate money to 34th Avenue initiatives. --

We came together and helped families celebrate the holidays.

We came together and helped neighbors who cannot go out by run errands.2020 has been difficult, but I am excited to see what a better and brighter 2021 brings to our neighborhood.

It is great to see neighbors helping neighbors.  If you want to volunteer, call us at (260) 351-1372.

Thanks for all your support.
