NOTE TO ACCESS-A-RIDE users - you need to file a complaint every time you are not picked-up or dropped-off at your door. If you are taking a round trip and it happens on both ends please file a complaint about both ends of your ride.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO DOCUMENT THIS OFFICIALLY.

 Were those big planters insult to injury to those needing access-a-ride? Seems like it. Meanwhile we
are losing bus service on Northern Blvd though are reported to have one of the busiest areas for bus
use. It's a tough time to be looking for help with mobility in Jackson Heights!
