This morning my neighbor found a cat with an injured tail in front of Stratford Hall 80-09 35th between 80th and 81st. She followed him to my building (34-37 80th) but kept running to the garden gates as if trying to get in. However, she came right into the building and then my apartment. For a variety of reasons we believe she is a pet, not one of the feral or outdoor cats. I have attached a couple of pics; if she looks familiar or you know the owner please have that person contact Chris at 347-752-0806.
They're having trouble getting her into a carrier, but are trying to take her to a vet to check if she has a microchip.

She was around 86th street yesterday morning. Someone tried feeding her, but seemed in lots of pain, I believe because of the tail. Thanks for taking her in.

I'm trying to remember where I saw the poster, but there is a lost neighborhood cat with that appearance. I'm pretty sure it was in the Rite Aid on Northern and 85th, I'll check next time I head out...

Any more news regarding the cat?

Poster isn't up anymore, so I couldn't get the number...
