Radiator Covers
« on: January 09, 2016, 04:47:31 PM »
While my radiator covers are fine, they are far from attractive, and I am looking to replace them. Wondering if anyone had a business they would recommend.

Yes, Stanley's on Roosevelt and 77th Street. Not exactly cheap, but you can custom order the style, finish and even color. And they will come to your home to take all the measurements if you are unsure how to do so and want an accurate fit.

I highly recommend the website www.fichman.com.  They sell a variety of beautiful, custom made radiator covers.  They are made in upstate New York.

WOW, -decided to use Fichman for one rad cover as a test...  if we like this one we can systematically order new ones for each radiator in the apartment.
It was delivered today, and after putting it together (assembly instructions online) - for about 10 minutes total -it looks amazing.  Highly recommended..

petegart,  I'm glad to hear you tried Fichman and are satisfied.  A great value for sure!  Wish my current apartment needed radiator covers.
