Title: Pigeon poop in Food Dynasty outdoor produce bins

Not a one-time thing.  I see pigeon droppings in these outdoor bins each morning when I pass by Food Dynasty.

Yes, I reported it to 311, tho not sure what'll come of that.

Not making light of this, but what do you think happens to produce in the fields or in the trees or on the vines, etc? Always wash produce before eating or cooking.
